This is such a sweet summer dress. Mud Pie creates this blue floral smocked dress which is such a precious design with flutter sleeves and a faux-smocked bodice accented with buttons. There's a button and loop in back for easy dressing and lace on the hem. Also a pair of pale blue bloomers. Just adorable!
